At Hoober, our core team has been collaborating on software solutions for nearly 15 years. The company was founded by a group of digital product engineering managers who, after years of working together within a large global technology organisation, recognised the opportunity to create something unique. By combining our collective experience with the vision and expertise of like-minded colleagues, we formed a team united by passion, professionalism, and purpose.

Many of our team members contribute to Hoober on a part-time basis, alongside their full-time roles as Software Engineers, Solution Architects, Digital Product Owners, and Support Technicians, among others. We believe that offering this flexibility not only enriches our team’s experience but also allows us to attract and retain individuals who are passionate, skilled, and driven.
